Group Constitution
A template Group Constitution has been developed specifically for community sponsorship groups and can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. Your community sponsorship group will not have a legal status but nevertheless must have a written constitution. As your group works through the Group Constitution this will help you to agree roles and responsibilities. The role that each person takes on are often flexible and may change during the sponsorship period. However, you should designate at least a Chairperson, Vice-chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
